ph11x operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and is subject to applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming and data privacy.

ph11x collects the following categories of personal data:

3.1 Identity & Contact Data

• Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, and gender.
• Government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, UMID).
• Residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province).
• Email address and Philippine mobile number.

3.2 Account & Transaction Data

• ph11x username, account ID, and account settings.
• Deposit and withdrawal history, transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (PHP), and payment method details (GCash number, PayMaya account, bank account name — not full account numbers).

3.3 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version.
• Pages visited, features used, session duration, and clickstream data.

ph11x does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary and for the purposes described in this policy:

• Service providers (Personal Information Processors): Third-party vendors engaged by ph11x to provide KYC/identity verification, payment processing (GCash, PayMaya/Maya, Philippine banks), fraud detection, cloud hosting, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on ph11x's instructions and in compliance with RA 10173.
• Game providers: Licensed game software providers (such as Ezugi for live dealer games) who require certain technical data to deliver game services. No unnecessary personal data is shared.

While ph11x takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph11x Login credentials.

ph11x retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure.

ph11x is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph11x does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

If ph11x becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
