ph11x Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ph11x platform, including the website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related services offered by ph11x. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on ph11x, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the ph11x platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

ph11x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the ph11x platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use ph11x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

ph11x reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ph11x account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ph11x is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph11x Login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph11x will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You must notify ph11x immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph11x will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

ph11x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on ph11x:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other digital assets).
• Credit cards used for gambling deposit purposes (prohibited under Philippine regulations).
• Third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the ph11x platform and may be updated from time to time. ph11x reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph11x account.

ph11x is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ph11x may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ph11x promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ph11x exclusively offers games from certified providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) and live dealer systems are subject to independent testing and certification for fairness. • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph11x games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your ph11x account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any ph11x software or system.
• Engaging in any conduct that ph11x reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other players or ph11x staff.

ph11x is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph11x platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph11x content without prior written consent from ph11x.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph11x, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph11x platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in the ph11x platform caused by circumstances beyond ph11x's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the ph11x platform.

ph11x's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph11x platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph11x account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph11x's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph11x collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on ph11x, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of ph11x services.

ph11x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph11x will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph11x platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ph11x and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph11x, you agree to first contact ph11x's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.

ph11x's decision on all gaming-related disputes — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
